Just got out the gym and on my way home..

Yay for one mile and a half even if my mind wasnt fully there.

April 30th- Revlon Run

I have until April 30th to run a 5K.
Started Sunday, 03/20, and hoping to run 5 times per week

My stats: Ran fully 1 Mile in 15 minutes, (Speed @ 4.8)
Ran/Walked another mile in 15 minutes.
TOTAL 2 miles = 29 minutes

My ULTIMATE GOAL is 3.2 miles in 30 minutes!
but running 3.2 in anytime w/o stopping is my goal NOW.

I will be writing more, writing about my progress.
